Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LivingChat, operated by Ardent Peak LLC ("LivingChat", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases on LivingChat are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused AI generation tokens
- Unused features or functionality
- Subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
- Accidental purchases
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- The Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account settings)
- Contacting our support team at support@livingchat.ai
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to all Pro features until your subscription expires.
3. Trial Period
If you signed up for a 7-day trial at $1.00:
- The $1.00 trial fee is non-refundable.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the monthly Pro plan ($29.99/month) and you will be charged accordingly.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
4. Exceptions — Technical Errors
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our part.
- You were unable to access the Service for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to a service outage caused solely by LivingChat.
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@livingchat.ai with your account email, the charge date, and a description of the issue.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend your account pending investigation
- Submit evidence of authorized transactions to the financial institution
- Permanently terminate your account if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent
We encourage you to contact us first at support@livingchat.ai before initiating any payment dispute, as we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
6. How to Request Support
If you have a billing concern or believe you were charged in error:
- Email us at support@livingchat.ai
- Include your account email address and the transaction date
- Describe the issue in detail
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days. We are available 24/7 via our support chat at livingchat.ai/support.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
