You can delete your LivingChat account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — all chats, projects, generated images and documents, and account data are removed from our active systems.

Before you delete

  • Cancel your subscription first. Deletion does not automatically refund any active subscription, and a renewal charge could still occur if the subscription is active when you delete. See canceling your subscription.
  • Export anything you want to keep. Go to Settings → Data → Export to download a JSON archive of your chats and projects.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in at livingchat.ai.
  2. Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Type your email address to confirm and click Delete permanently.

You will be signed out immediately. Within 24 hours, all of your content is removed from our active databases.

What we keep, and for how long

Per our Privacy Policy, we retain a small set of records for legal and chargeback-protection purposes:

  • Payment records — as required by law (typically 7 years).
  • Anonymous account ID and last login date — retained for 13 months after deletion to handle disputes.
  • Terms-of-service acceptance records — retained indefinitely.

We do not retain any of your conversations, prompts, or generated content after deletion.

If you cannot access your account

Email support@livingchat.ai from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify ownership before deleting and respond within one business day.
