You can cancel your LivingChat subscription at any time. After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access to Pro features until then, and you will not be billed again.

Cancel from your account settings

  1. Sign in at livingchat.ai.
  2. Open the user menu in the bottom-left of the sidebar and click Settings.
  3. Go to the Subscription tab.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.

Cancel through the Stripe billing portal

You can also manage your subscription directly in the Stripe billing portal. From Settings → Subscription, click Manage billing. In the portal, choose Cancel plan.

Cancel by email

If you cannot access your account, email support@livingchat.ai from the email address attached to your subscription. Include the date you subscribed and the last four digits of the card on file. We will cancel within one business day and reply with confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You keep Pro access until the end of the current period (you will see the exact date in Settings).
  • After that date, your account moves to the Free tier. Your chats and projects stay intact — you can resubscribe anytime.
