Yes. Every LivingChat subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period so your access is never interrupted.

When the renewal happens

  • Monthly plan: every 30 days from the original sign-up date.
  • Quarterly plan: every 3 months from the original sign-up date.
  • Trial conversion: 7 days after starting the $1.00 trial, your subscription converts to the monthly plan unless cancelled first.

Renewal reminders

You can opt in to renewal reminders under Settings → Notifications. When enabled, we send a reminder email three days before each renewal so you can decide whether to keep the subscription.

Turn auto-renewal off

The only way to turn off auto-renewal is to cancel the subscription. See canceling your subscription. Cancelling does not end your access immediately — you keep Pro features until the end of the current period.

Re-subscribing later

You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your chats and projects stay intact between subscriptions.
