Per our Refund Policy, all sales on LivingChat are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused tokens, accidental purchases, or subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
When you cancel mid-cycle
If you cancel partway through a billing period, you keep Pro access until the end of that period. You are not charged for the next cycle, but you are not refunded for the unused portion of the current cycle.
Limited exceptions
We may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were double-charged for the same period because of a technical error on our side.
- The Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an outage that was solely our fault.
- A charge was unauthorized (see the article on unauthorized charges).
How to request a refund review
- Email billing@livingchat.ai within 7 days of the charge.
- Include your account email, the charge date, the last four digits of the card, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our billing team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
Please contact us before disputing a charge
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we investigate. Most billing issues can be resolved much faster by emailing us directly.
